Hey Cody,

I just got my new credit scores and they went from a 590, 600, and 627, to now a 729, 731, and 732. So I just wanted to say thanks a million for doing a great job to you and the team there. You know I had only 8 negative items on my report which to me i didn’t think was a lot but you and your guys there got them all deleted off all 3 reports which took my credit from poor to excellent. Which will now enable me to buy a house for my family that I couldn’t do only 4 months ago. So thanks for taking the time to answer all my calls and for answering every question I had, cause I know I had several and called you many times. So again a big thanks to you and your company you did a great job. But at this time I’d like to cancel my account with you guys cause you did a great job and got everything taken care of for me.

As you had expected you have negative items on your credit report which are causing your credit scores to be below 500. The required score for today’s mortgage is 640. The option for you at this point is to work with a reputable credit repair and restoration company to clear up your negative credit and help you build new, healthy credit.

It is estimated to cost a person $200/mo. to have low credit scores, because you pay higher interest rates on car loans and other types of loans, higher premiums on insurance, etc. not to mention costing a person their dream of owning a home.

In well over a decade in the mortgage business I have had the opportunity to hone in on the reputable credit repair companies and weed out the scammers. If you will give me permission to forward your credit report to Jason Wood at RMCN, he will call you to review your credit report and put a plan together to help you get in a position to have better credit opportunities and to be able to purchase a home. There are other credit repair companies who will pay me a referral fee for sending clients. RMCN does not. I work with Jason and RMCN because they get the job done and they help my clients become home owners.

I will copy you on the email as well so you will have Jason’s information. Please let me know if that is alright with you. And a word of caution…do not try to do credit repair yourself or have a friend do it or do it with the cheapest company. I’ve seen how this backfires over and over. Just to let you know I’ve acquired a Citi Advantage Signature Gold card with a 19000 dollar revolving account.

This will be the card I use to buy most of my stuff. I don’t what my score is now, but I certainly would have never qualified for the card in the past. Anyway, thanks for getting my credit woes in line.

I have recently completed the credit program with RMCN and am now submitting my personal experiences. Recently I tried to refinance my home and had some problems with things that were reporting on my credit. I was informed of RMCN and what they could do from my mortgage lender. I started the program in May 2010 and completed it in November 2010.

I found that the representatives of RMCN do a great job of explaining the program and getting the required paperwork to you in a timely manner. It is very easy and convenient to submit the required paperwork to begin the program. At times frustration would set in when credit companies wouldn’t comply and wanted more information but the representatives of RMCN were so wonderful and were there to listen and give a “pep talk” so to speak. I feel a sense pride and freedom knowing that my credit score is back to where it needs to be. I feel as though I won’t be discriminated against for my poor judgment and hasty decisions. I will definitely recommend RMCN to others to help to achieve their credit needs.

Just thought you might think this was pretty cool

On this morning’s monthly national conference call, we had a local realtor as a guest speaker, and totally out of the blue she says, “well it’s just like the RMCN partner you guys have, they have made a huge difference in my business, and we would never have known about them had we not gone to conference and met the CEO and the account executive”.

And then she went on to the subject of referrals, and the conference, etc. But it was so cool, that I wanted to forward you a quick note. It’s always nice to know that you guys are doing a great job!
