Thank you for all of your help Ashley. I will definitely keep you in the loop when I get ready to purchase a home.

The first step was addressing the credit issues. Now I can move forward with that obstacle out of the way and work on my savings towards home ownership. It is nice to have peace of mind with a good credit rating which in turn allowed me to get a reliable vehicle as well. Step by step we are getting there.
