It has been about 6 months since you all started working on my credit. Perfect credit only existed in my dreams. My dream of having great credit is now a reality. I just wanted to take the time to tell you how pleased I am with the service I have received from RMCN. In Feb. of 06 when I contacted RMCN my mid score was barely above 500 and I had over 50 negative credit items in my credit report. By April of 06 only 12 of the 50 items remained and my mid score was in the mid 600’s and I was able to purchase a new home and qualify for a 30 yr fixed mortgage at my bank with a 5.95% rate. This “A” rate from the bank is saving me more than $300 a month on my mortgage compared to the “C” loan quote (11.55%) I had in Feb. before your company began its work for me. I wanted to express my thanks to you and your staff once again for such a job well done. On Aug 31 I had to go and purchase myself a new vehicle at a local Dodge dealer. The salemans took my credit application and when he came back his words were, “we are going to gas up the truck and put you a tag on it so that you can be out of here in about 30 minutes.” When he said that I asked was he kidding and he said not! I asked what was my credit score (beacon score) and he said 600. I could not beleive it since you and your staff have only been working on my accout for 3 months now. I started out with a 444 score and now it’s 600, which I did see with my own eyes when I got to the finance department to sign the bill of sales. I know that I have 3 more months to go in the program, but I am just as happy now as I will be come December when my time comes to an end. Thank you once again for all your assistance and your patience. You’ll are doing a great job and I thank you!!!!!!!!!!! Oh by the way the vehicle that I purchased is a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab Truck with no money down and an APR of 13%.

Dear Mr Parker,

It wasn’t too long ago that I made the decision to finally do something about my future. I kept hearing about RMCN on my local radio station and decided to do some research. I tossed the thought around about contacting your company for a couple of months. What there was that you could do for someone like me? My curiousity finally got the best of me and along came the day that I finally said, “Lets call them!”

With a lot of skeptism in mind, I finally picked up the phone. As I was listening to the phone ring, I still had thoughts in my head about whether RMCN could really do what they said. I heard a woman pick up the other end, with a southern accent and a very positive vibe, she asked me how can I help you. Thats all it took.

Deanna took the time to answer all my questions. When I didnt understand what she was saying, she explained it again. After being on the phone with her for about 20 minites, I told her, “let’s do this!” Since that day, Deanna is still taking the time to explain every situation to me. If she doesn’t have the answer off the top of her head, she is quick to find out. She makes me feel that any time I call, Im her most important client. Knowing how busy she can get, she nevers stops to assist me through any ordeal.

I understand that there is more things happening behind the scenes than any one person can realize. The hard work that all your employees put forth to make simple people like me rebuild our lives. Without all the teamwork that has been displayed through Deanna’s positive attitude, I dont feel I would have had the faith to go through with signing paperwork. Now realizing it would have been my mistake!

I want to say thank you for having people like Deanna working hard for your company. She has the heart and the drive to help people reestablish their lives. Though I have never dealt with anyone else within RMCN, I firmly believe that every person works just as hard to accomplish the goals that your company has set forth.
