I want to share how excited I am that I am nearing my financial goal of purchasing my family a home, this summer, as my credit scores have improved, while working with Naomi Fudge. Thankfully, Naomi has patiently walked me through the steps to improve my habits about facing my financial situation, when I had given it up, as hopeless.

Other than Lisa Washington, I have not met other back office staff, but I appreciate that I have a team, I can trust, to support my efforts to be financially responsible. This weekend, I received copies of letters of satisfactory repayment
for defaulted student loans. I can’t wait to see how much my credit scores pop up when the info is ‘erased’ from my credit records, as promised.

will admit I was a little leery after signing up thinking would this really
work, especially because there were some reservations after knowing how much

I just wanted to send you a thank you to you and your team for all the hard work that you did and what was accomplished over the last few months.

I know that I may have not been the …. Ummm… “Easiest” person to deal with but i DID apologize for myself from the beginning lol ?. Seriously though your efforts and now the efforts that Michael has and now is taking are greatly appreciated and in the end ….. Well, thank yous are probably not enough but it’s all I’ve got right now :).

I know we still have work to do but the huge hurdle of that pre-approval letter happened and I wanted to make sure you and your team know how much it means.

As we move forward if either yourself or Michael, you need anything and can’t get to Paul quick enough ill do what I can to help move this along just as fast as we can and are.

And my Jan, NONE of this would have happened if you hadn’t been so willing to help us and pointed us in the direction of Michael :). Thank you all so much and hopefully this will all be over soon lol.

Hi Mac!

It was great to hear from you today. I enjoy talking to you. You always have some cool words of wisdom to give me. Thanks for that! After I got home, I checked to see where the package was that I sent. According to the report on usps.com, it was delivered to the receptionist on January 5th around 2:00 pm. So, I doubt the research people have had the time to get it in yet. The main thing is it’s there and I know they’re working on it.
In any case, if I haven’t said so lately, I just wanted to say thank you to you and your staff for all the work all of you have been doing to help me. It really means a lot to know you have wonderful folks such as you in your corner. I am really looking forward to a much brighter future now and it’s because of you.
