I wanted to stop by and let you know how appreciative I am to have worked with Glen. From the beginning Glen has been there for me he took the time out to explain how to improve my credit. I had a lot of anxiety during the process and he always encouraged me. He would follow up with me and give me the heads of planned days off and would give me alternate cell phone to contact him if needed. When I decided to purchase a home, Glen was the first one that I called. He spent the time to explain the process of purchasing a home, which I knew was not part of his job. I just wanted to take a moment and send a HUGE thank you and WOW to Naomi! Naomi has helped me and my husband so much. She spent the time educating me on credit and how to handle it. We raised my scores from a 480 to a 620 in about 6 months and my husband is at 720. I am still a work in progress but I could not have done this with out Naomi. We are now in the process of a mortgage qualification because of RMCN and especially Naomi and her guidance and attention.
