To Whom It May Concern:
Let me begin by first of all confessing this letter concerning Leroy Wilkerson and the great company, RMCN, he represents is long overdue. I have been working with Leroy and benefiting from the unbelievable results of RMCN for 3 years.
I have been in the mortgage industry for 11 years and have watched credit restoration companies come and go. I have also listened to them claim results that were never produced, make promises of doing all they can and following through without any results, and listen to excuse after excuse with no legitimate or reasonable explanation.
I can assuredly say that's not the case when working with Leroy and RMCN. Of course I realize they cannot guarantee any results because the results are also predicated upon the cooperation of the client. That involves following a careful, thought out, pre-planned, structured, organized, tested, and proven process. However, I can say every client I have sent to them that stuck with the program and were seeking to purchase a home I have closed. I have even sent a close relative of mine to him and watched their score increase over 134 points. I witnessed two client's scores increase over 153 to 174 points respectively. The highest improvement I have seen is a close friend of mines score increasing over 237 points.
This is NOT a "fly by night" or "shade tree" company. Nor does the individual representing the company have those types of characteristics. They are nationally recognized and have the results to convincingly squash even the most skeptical person's concerns.
What is most important to me and has been shown every instance I have dealt with them and every client I have sent, is their overall, unmatched, and genuine concern for their clients. The concern, integrity, honesty, and commitment flows from the owner's office and board room all the way through Leroy's office to the team that assists him. How do I know? I have on several occasions received calls from the owner following up to make sure me and my clients were being taken care of.
Also RMCN seeks to develop a relationship with their clients to make the environment open and free for their clients to ask questions about the process. I value my relationship with RMCN and consider it a priceless asset for me to offer my clients. Leroy and RMCN are committed to making their clients a priority and we will do whatever they can to produce desired results.
