Glenn Allen was born in Greenville, N.C and raised in several states as a part of his military family. Glenn is the oldest of 3 kids and the only son.
Glenn has a 20 year background in retail sales and retail management. During this time he has accomplished such accolades as Employee of the Month and District Employee of the Month as a Dept. Supervisor with Toys R Us/Babies R Us as well as leading the Customer Service Dept from 9th to No.1 Customer Service Dept. in the District and 5th in the company; holding that position for 9 consecutive months. Glenn was also Rookie Manager of the Year with Genesco Inc. (Journey’s, Jarman’s, Underground Station).
Glenn has a heart for God, and using his God-given gifts to serve others. One of his greatest desires is to use his past struggles to mentor youth. He has spent time volunteering in community organizations and serving and teaching in several single and young adult ministries. Glenn is also taking classes in the evening to receive his teaching certification to one day teach and coach middle and high school youth.
He is an avid basketball fan, and enjoys writing poetry and music. Glenn is currently taking classes at Collin College to become a teacher. He has an amazing wife, Beth, a wonderful son, JaShaun and a new bundle of joy on the way in Aug. His motto is simple: Doing wrong lasts a moment. Doing right lasts a lifetime.
